Registrar Lock is set so that unauthorized persons can not transfer your domain away. If you want to transfer your domain away from Papri Host, you will need to release your domain registrar lock. To do that, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Papri Host Client Area
- Click on “Domains”> “My Domains” from the sidebar and then click on Manage button beside the domain name that you want to transfer.
- Click on the registrar lock from the left sidebar.
- You will see your domain registrar lock status set to Enabled on this page. Click on Disable Registrar Lock button to disable your domain registrar lock.
That’s it! If you want to enable the registrar lock again, then clock on Enable Registrar lock to enable it again.
